Welcome to Stubor
  Close to
Linnaeus University (five minutes walk) we have 717 apartments. You
will find rooms mainly 22 square metres with toilet+shower and
kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove with oven.
If you are an exchange student that is going to live at Stubor,

In the residential area you have the sauna, the gym and the sunbath.

Stallvägen 32. Telephone 0470–795000 and 073-6500012. Open: Monday
and Thursday 14.00-16.00. Tuesday 08.00-10.00
Sauna…
The Sauna is in house 32. Booking and keys at Stubor Office
Electricity…
In house 20-26 you have the fuses inside the door opposite the lift.
Use the same key as to your apartment. If you live in house 28 you
will find the fuses in the apartment.

The hallways…
Yoy are not permitted to place any carbage, litter or bikes in the
hallways
 GYM…
We have a small GYM open every day 09.00-21.00., close to house 20.
Contact the Office for the code.
Keyservice
If you loose your key after office time or Saturday/Sunday you can
call 0470-21677 Låsservice. You have to show your ID and the cost is
SEK 300.
Apartment…
It is not allowed to drill bore holes in the bathrooms.
It is not allowed to paint on the walls either. You have to clean the
filter of the fan above the stove once a month.
Carpark…
You will find the carpark back of houses 24, 26, 30 and 32. It is
free to park there. If you park outside the indicated lines or along
the inside roads you will have a parkingfine of SEK 300.
 SUN bath…
You will find the solarium on the fifth floor in house 30. you pay
with Swedish coins. Open 24 hours, drop in.
Entry doors…
All entry doors are locked every night at 23.00 and open in the
morning at 06.00.
REMARK...
STUBORS houses are non-smoking areas.
